(SISS) Hi Cinthia, where are you from and where are you currently spending your time? (Cinthia) Hello! I am originally from Mexico in a small town of Michoacán called Vista Hermosa. I live in La Puente, CA in LA County. I spend my time working for Anthem in Cerritos and spending time with friends and family. (SISS) What was one of the hardest things that you had to go through? What advice would you give someone going through the same struggle? (Cinthia) The hardest thing I went through is seeing my mom in coma after a horrible accident we had, it was very heartbreaking knowing her life was in the hands of the doctors. I would advise them to pray and to always stay positive no matter what the doctors say, life is very much appreciated and one should be grateful for the gift of life. (SISS) What are you most grateful for? (Cinthia) I am mostly grateful for the supportive family I have, no matter what they are always behind me when I fall. I feel I have a loving mom who is super woman and does everything to keep the family stable and healthy. I have a loving dad who works hard and makes fun events for us to enjoy together. (SISS) At Smart is so Sexy we love to see women who are thriving in their career or business. What are you most passionate about? (Cinthia) I am very passionate in helping people in general but I love the medical field. I work for the corporate office of Anthem the health insurance company. I work along providers in order to coordinate all their contacts for members as accurate as possible. (SISS) Who was the most influential person in your life? (Cinthia) My dad is the most influential person to me because when he came to this country he has nothing literally no job, no house, no emotional support and he was able to protect and provide for his family. (SISS) Where were you five years ago? What advice would you tell your five years younger self? (Cinthia) Five years ago I was 20 years old and I was in my second year of college struggling to make it to school in the bus and had no job. I would tell myself to focus on my future more and possibly start brainstorming for a business or to save for an emergency as I had many. (SISS) Can you take us through a typical day? From Waking up to going to bed, Can you give us a play by play of a typical day for you? (Cinthia) On a typical day, I wake up at 6:00AM, get ready, and make my coffee. I leave to work at 7:00AM and get to the parking around 8:15AM. I walk to my office in the 6th floor and sign in. I prep my day by checking my emails. I make sure I plan my day and let my supervisor know I'll be working on certain tasks. Then she assigns me some work especially sending emails to another department to make corrections. I take my lunch around 1:00PM and I get back to work. I'm off at 5:00PM I typically drive home and arrive at 6:00PM. I come home and eat and talk to my mom about my day. I take a shower and make my lunch for the next day of work. I get ready for bed and I put my alarm clock. Then I finally watch HBO movies until I sleep by 10:00PM. (SISS) How do you feel about “Perception is Reality”? Especially when people see a photo and assume what they want. Does that bother you that people may think less of someone because of the clothes they have on? Do you think women should be mindful of the image that they are portraying? (Cinthia) Perception to me is judging someone for what they look like. I don't think it is something that is reality since we just sense how the person is or how they look like is exactly how they look in person as in a picture. This isn't accurate and people shouldn't think less of someone who dresses more poorly if they simply don't have a sense of style. Women are always mindful of how they look to others but that shouldn't be a concern. I think you can portray yourself however you'd like. I personally like to portray myself as unique as I can and as strong as I can as well. (SISS) What is your favorite Food? What is your favorite book? When do you feel the sexiest? (Cinthia) My favorite food is Italian food, I simply love pasta. My favorite book is "Always Running" by Luis Rodriguez. I feel the sexiest when I get dolled up for a special event. (SISS) A social media question, Facebook, twitter, instagram or snapchat? Which one do you use the most to best market yourself or brand? (Cinthia) I use Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat but I portray myself more in Instagram as I post important or interesting pictures or videos of me and my life. (SISS) Is there someone on social media that inspires you and is a great follow? (Cinthia) I like to follow Khloe Kardashian because even though she was overweight she was determined and looks so good now and I like that she has her own jean collection for plus size and curvy models and women. (SISS) What does Smart is so Sexy mean to you? (Cinthia) Smart is so Sexy means a physical appearance does not matter or it's not a main attraction compared to a mental capacity of someone such as their intelligence level.  (SISS) Thank you Cinthia, find her on Instagram @Cinthia_QueenBee
