(SISS) Hello Taynara, where are you from and where are you currently spending your time? (Taynara) I am from Brazil and have been living here for the past five years. Currently in São Paulo. (SISS) What was one of the hardest things that you had to go through? What advice would you give someone going through the same struggle? (Taynara) One of the hardest things I've ever been through was my last relationship experience, when I say experience I mean the period we were together and the aftermath. Like many people I believe...I was in an unhealthy relationship for far too long, due to false beliefs of who I am. Unfortunately I was not able to break away before long lasting traumas were already there. I would advice people who are in an unfitting relationship situation to reach in and commit to yourself above all else. Ask yourself “If this was a loved one going through the same situation what advice would I give this person?” Always, always, always remember that YOU are the most important person in your life! (SISS) What are you most grateful for? (Taynara) My health, my daughter, my freedom, and the experiences I've lived through that have shaped who I am. (SISS) Tell us more about @Consultoria_Loyre? (Taynara) @Consultoria_Loyre is Portuguese for Consulting and my middle name Loyre. It's my business Instagram directed to women. In efforts to bring about female empowerment through self acceptance, improvement and awareness in virtue of our own image interpretation and how others view us. (SISS) What’s the greatest thing about being a teacher? What’s the hardest part? (Taynara) Without a shred of doubt the greatest reward of being a teacher is witnessing the learning process. To see their little faces light up when they make progresses big or small. The biggest challenge I faced and many of my former colleagues as well, are the lack of respect from parents, students and institution alike. Perhaps due to cultural values this profession is the single most under appreciated professions of all. (SISS) Where can our readers find more of you with your free spirit and daily inspiration? (Taynara) I’m only on Instagram so you can check me out @consultoria_loyre or my personal account @loyre7 (SISS) What makes you the happiest? (Taynara) Cooking for loved ones, as I believe it to be such an authentic experience to show love and care. Traveling as it is good for the mind and spirit. More then often body too, in order to whine down and relax. Also aiding others. (SISS) What’s your favorite quote? (Taynara) “You are what you do everyday.” I've made it my lifestyle. (SISS) At Smart is so sexy we love to see women who are thriving in their career or business. What are you most passionate about? (Taynara) I am passionate about lifting others. My mission is to help people, especially women appreciate themselves fully: the good, the bad, and the ugly. In labor of channeling that positively to trigger our infinite power. (SISS) Who was the most influential person in your life? (Taynara) My mother is the most influential person in my life because through her footsteps I learned to be a strong, hard-working, independent woman. I also took a page or two from her book of what not to do. (SISS) Where were you five years ago? What advice would you tell your five years younger self? (Taynara) Oh wow! Laughs. Five years ago I had just arrived in Brazil from the U.S where I grew up. I was completely out of focus, with unrealistic expectations about life, out of touch with myself just a hot mess. Lol (SISS) Can you take us through a typical day? From Waking up to going to bed, Can you give us a play by play of a typical day for you? (Taynara) As I am in a transitional period in my life, where I recently gave up my career as a teacher, moved to a different city, and am starting a new career things aren't very typical at the moment. I do have a morning routine and other things I must do in order to keep it together. When I wake up at 6 am have a glass of lemon water, prepare a healthy breakfast for my little one and I. Then I take about an hour to myself where I listen to “motivational” videos and write my goals as a constant reminder of where I want to go, along with a daily to-do list that will inevitably get me there. After this I do some reading. Respond to emails, and messages. Check out other consultant’s posts. Think about my daily topic. Walk the dog. Run. Sometimes I'll have a meeting or an errand. Come back make lunch. Depending on the day I'll have more meetings. Do clothing store research for my clients. Make dinner and spend time with my daughter. (SISS) What are you most proud of? (Taynara) My integrity and willingness to serve myself justice in becoming the person I admire. So that I can be the role model I never had. (SISS) What is your favorite Food? What is your favorite book? When do you feel the sexiest? (Taynara) My favorite food is Pakistani food. My favorite book is one I read ages ago as a preadolescent: The Demon Lover. I feel the sexiest when I wear heels and I’m in charge of a situation, be it business or pleasure. Meow! (SISS) A social media question, Facebook, twitter, instagram or snapchat? Which one do you use the most to best market yourself or brand? (Taynara) Instagram. It's the only one I use. As I believe it to be fitting to my persona. (SISS) Is there someone on social media that inspires you and is a great follow? (Taynara) Oh tons! Tony Robbins, Lisa Nichols, Hélio Couto, Gary Vaynerchuck. The list goes on. (SISS) What does Smart is so Sexy mean to you? (Taynara) I am a proud sapiosexual so it goes without saying that intellect is major in my book. There is a certain pull.. attraction if you will, to a well spoken, well read, well educated individual that is undeniable. (SISS) Thank you so much Taynara for sharing with us, please follow her on Instagram @Loyre7
