Meet Cassandra Bell - "I am a wife and mother of two beautiful children! My love for Fitness has grew like a wildfire for going on nine years now, so much so that I feel an obligation to share my growing knowledge with you all! I am EXTREMELY passionate about helping others achieve their own personal goals. I have learned so much through my own journey from never working out a day in my life to competing in my very first NPC Bikini contest! Through my progress I have had many who have asked me to help them in their own fitness journey which ultimately led me to getting my Personal training certification and training one-on-one clients. I fell even more in love with the process of seeing these bodies AND mindsets change and helping clients fall in love with this process! Since having my children, fitness took on a whole new meaning! I no longer wanted just the body, but the HEALTH and to be a positive and strong example for my family! So i decided to take my knowledge and make it available to ANYONE who is willing to let me be an educated, passionate and experienced coach to hold them accountable and to push them to their limits until they are comfortable in their own skin as well! Let me help you reach your goals! You will never regret making decisions to better your future." Via www.cassbfit.com Cass is also competing for Ms Health & Fitness, please give her your support and Vote for her. Cass shared her thoughts and experience with us and it's very inspiring and empowering! (SISS) Hi Cassandra where are you from and where are you currently spending your time? (Cassandra Bell) I am originally from small town Blackshear, Georgia and I am currently living in Jacksonville, Florida. (SISS) What was one of the hardest things that you had to go through? What advice would you give someone going through the same struggle? (Cassandra Bell) When I became a mother, I had to re-prioritize my life and friendships, everything that I do directly effects them and I have had to focus on bringing only positives influences into my life and letting go of toxic relationships. My advice to anyone, being a mother or not is that people may come into your life for a reason, but sometimes it’s just for a season. This applies to relationships with friends and significant others. (SISS) www.cassBFit.com #SISS Tell us more, who is @Cass.B.Fit and what are you most proud of? (Cassandra Bell) I am most proud of being my children’s mother, and my husbands wife. I value my family and faith over everything but I do not think I would have the business and success that I have had without them. I am proud of being a positive influence to my clients and my family. (SISS) One year from now what do you hope to have accomplished (business or personal)? (Cassandra Bell) I hope to have grown my personal training business along with becoming a published fitness model. (SISS) How dedicated are you to fitness? What is your fitness goal? On your body, what is your favorite body part and what is your least favorite? (Cassandra Bell) I have been passionately dedicated to fitness since 2009. My love for fitness and dedication has only grown since having my children. I want them to see that health isn’t just about your appearance but effects you as a whole. Mind, body and soul. My favorite body part would be my back 😅🤷🏻♀️ It’s my most favorite muscle group to train and I think having a strong, sexy back is extremely attractive. My least favorite body part to train would have to be arms. Biceps and triceps are the muscle groups that I have to continuously talk myself into training, although flexing is my favorite. (SISS) What makes you the happiest? What is fun for you? (Cassandra Bell) My husband and children make me the HAPPIEST! I’ve become a serious homebody in the last 4-5 years and I’m okay with that because my most favorite thing to do besides working out, of course.. would be sitting on the couch with my family and snacking while binge watching Greys Anatomy. (SISS) How do you deal with disappointment? How do you Keep Going? (Cassandra Bell) I have dealt with my fair share of disappointment for sure, but I have always been a “look at the bright side” type of girl. I learn from every situation that presents itself in an optimistic way and I try to find the good in everyone and everything. (SISS) What is your superpower? (Cassandra Bell) Optimism!! Although it doesn’t seem like much, it seems to be a characteristic that many lack. (SISS) What is your weakness and what do you do to overcome it? (Cassandra Bell) My weakness is seeking validation from others. I’ve learned that I love the spotlight but I don’t have to please everyone. This is something I continuously have to remind myself and work on. (SISS) Can you tell us four things people don’t know about you? (Cassandra Bell) I can wiggle my ears. I have 10 siblings. I am over a quarter Native American. I work as a Marketing director along with my own business. (SISS) Can you tell us where else can our readers follow your daily inspiration? (Cassandra Bell) I am on IG: Cass.b.fit, Facebook: Cassandra Bell, Twitter @Cassbell08, and Snapchat: Cassbell08. (SISS) What’s your favorite quote? (Cassandra Bell) “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” -Eleanor Roosevelt (SISS) At Smart is so sexy we love to see women who are thriving in their career or business. What are you most passionate about? (Cassandra Bell) Helping others take care of and love themselves and their bodies on every stage including their “before”, their “during” and after! (SISS) Who was the most influential person in your life and why? (Cassandra Bell) God. I have strong faith that I would not have made it this far in life without the love, forgiveness and direction of the Lord. (SISS) Where were you five years ago? What advice would you tell your five years younger self? (Cassandra Bell) I was single, unsure of what path I wanted to take in life and worrying entirely too much about what others thought of me. I would tell my younger self to focus more on the big picture and less about others perception. (SISS) Can you take us through a typical day? From Waking up to going to bed, Can you give us a play by play of a typical day for you? (Cassandra Bell) I wake up before my children (most of the time) and make coffee, try to get some devotional and meditation time in and answer emails and client texts before My kids wake up. Once they’re up, it’s ALL them for a few hours. We make them breakfast and turn on cartoons, play time and I’ll eventually get them settled down while I get more work done. Once I catch up on work, we get dressed and head to the gym where I try to get a quick, effective workout in before they become too bored. Then we will have lunch, more play time and sometimes take them swimming and then wait on my husband to get home. We will cook dinner together and sit down as a family to eat, we value this time to discuss our day and the plans for tomorrow. And once the children are to bed, we like to sit down and snuggle up on the couch and watch Grey’s anatomy. (SISS) What is your favorite meal? What is your favorite book and/or the latest one you’ve read? What is your favorite song? (Cassandra Bell) My favorite meal is yellow rice with turkey sausage and asparagus. My favorite book is “The 5 Love languages” it is a must read especially if you’re married or plan to be. My favorite song definitely changes by the week but at the moment it’s anything Kane Brown sings. (SISS) When do you feel the sexiest? (Cassandra Bell) I feel the sexiest when I am straight out of a bubble bath and moisturized 🧖🏻♀️ (SISS) Is there someone on social media that inspires you and is a great follow? (Cassandra Bell) My long time coach who has always coached me in a Holistic manner Sarah Long and Amber Fokken. (SISS) What does Smart is so Sexy mean to you? (Cassandra Bell) An empowering network of woman changing the world!!! (SISS) Thank you so much Cass for sharing with us, Please everyone Vote for Cass Ms. Health & Fitness.
